LOOKING TO SUBMIT A REFUNDS/EXCHANGE/RETURNS?
RETURN INFORMATION
Please note, sale items, resin tags and change of mind are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. Faulty items must be returned in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached (if any) within 7 days after receipt.
Please contact us prior to initiating a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused and not accepted.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept order cancellation on any resin tags orders once it has been processed. We do not accept cancellations any products that have already been posted.
Postage is 100% refundable for orders which have not been dispatched. Postage will not be refunded if the order has already been dispatched.
UNDELIVERABLE / CARRIER RETURNED PARCELS
When parcels are uncollected, undeliverable, refused or otherwise returned to us by the carrier, returned parcel charges will apply (at rates charged by the carrier), as well as the postage for re-sending the parcel. This may differ from the original postage amount charged.
CHANGE OF MIND
RESIN TAGS
We are unable to offer refunds, exchange or change of designs once resin tag(s) that has been made under any circumstances, for example the color is not exactly the same on the photo on our website or on any social media platforms. Please choose the design carefully and read all of our product descriptions before placing an order. QUALITY AND FAULTY PRODUCTS
RESIN TAGS
All of our resin tags are hand made on orders. Actual products may vary to those on your screen. By its nature, it may contain slight imperfections and design variations. No two tags will be the same. We work hard to prevent any imperfections but sometimes the tags can contain small air bubbles or have irregular edges. However, this is part of the charm when purchasing a handmade product. Please see resin tags (FAQs) for more information.
We print the details as provided, we do not correct any spelling/ grammatical or identify contextual errors. Please proof read all provided information before placing an order.
ALL OTHER PET PRODUCTS (EXCEPT RESIN TAGS)
All items are checked and have passed our quality assurance. Occasionally something may slip through these checks, which is why you will be required to supply photos of these perceived issues. If we deem your item(s) is faulty, a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability.
This won't take long! Just follow below steps to submit a return on your faulty product(s)!
Email us on woof@ramenandmo.shop prior to initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged or faulty within 7 days of receipt of your item(s). Failure to do so within 7 days is taken as unconditional acceptance of the product(s) received.
Please includes the following information in the email to fasten the process.
- Have your order number as your email subject [FAULTY PRODUCT - ORDER NUMBER]
- Includes photos to show the faulty products
We will be in touched within 2 business days after receiving your email. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return including a trackable return label. Returns can be tracked with the tracking number via the AusPost website.
We aim to process all returns within 2-4 business days of receiving your items. Postage of the replacement product(s) will be payable by us.
